I am always genuinely excited about exploring the beautiful wedding venues nestled within the stunning Hudson Valley, New York. So, when I discovered the magnificent RUSHMORE ESTATE for my clients' wedding celebration, I was absolutely beyond excited and truly inspired by its enchanting charm and scenic exterior. The stunning views and inviting ambiance truly set the perfect stage for a memorable event. We were incredibly fortunate on the day of this wedding, as we enjoyed a delightful summer-like day in October, making it all the more special.

Funny story about this particular wedding. The couple, in a spontaneous twist, decided at the very last minute that they absolutely wanted beautiful trees to be placed on the poles of the tent. So, being the dedicated client pleaser that I am, I felt the pressure to quickly find these trees before heading to the venue, which was located upstate while I was based in Manhattan. This meant that I spent countless hours throughout the night trying to track down the perfect trees. After a lot of searching and a bit of luck, I finally found them at a lovely farm in Long Island, which required a two-hour trip from Manhattan. It was quite the adventure!

I ended up renting a U-Haul for these exceptionally large trees, as they were quite significant in size, and I drove out to Long Island at the early hour of 4 AM. When we finally arrived at the farm, my eyes could hardly believe just how massive these trees truly were; thank goodness I had opted for such a big truck to transport them. Nevertheless, I was genuinely happy to have taken on this challenge for my wonderful clients, knowing how much it meant to them.
