He started in South African hospitality, moved to the USA, worked in country clubs, and became an Event Planner at The Cookery. He expanded his skills through QC Career School and interned with a top NYC Event Production Company. Known for his dynamic approach, Björn is a respected figure in events, featured in publications and TV for his charm and proactive mindset, impressing clients.

One of his notable achievements includes winning the Best LGBTQ Initiative award for his 2015 project, GetForkd, which was hailed as the Best of Westchester.
